Absolutely, we manufacture all our own parts in-house, so customer lettering or designs can be incorporated.
Are any special installation procedures required? Can I fit myself?
Our parts are designed for easy fitting and utilise factory bolt holes where possible. Fitting instructions are available if required. You can fit yourself with little tools required.
Can stainless accessories be easily removed for maintenance or repairs?
Yes, most stainless accessories can be easily removed with just a couple bolts. We pride ourselves in not offering “stick on” parts.
How to polish stainless without scratching it?
Mostly stainless will not require polishing, regularly washing with soapy water and a soft cloth should maintain the shine. Be sure to rinse off all dirt and grime before scrubbing otherwise it will scratch the surface.
Are there specific cleaning products recommended to maintain stainless accessories?
Some products are better than others, while we may offer some recommendations, we do not endorse them. Soapy water and Window cleaner work well for general cleaning, or a very light stainless polish and sealant can also be used if needed.
Do stainless accessories add much weight to the truck?
While weight is added, it is very minimal due to most products being less than 2mm thick.
Do stainless accessories interfere with factory installed features like sensors or cameras?
Armoury’s stainless accessories are designed around the factory features, making sure not to interfere.
What are the different types of stainless steel, and why are they used?
Stainless comes in different grades and finishes, on Armoury products a Mirror polished finish is used when the part is for aesthetics, whereas a thicker brushed finish is used for hidden bracketry.
What are the advantages of propeller plate (used for deck plate)?
Armoury offers deck plates made from alloy propeller plate, while it’s not a stainless product, being alloy it is lightweight and provides a grippier standing platform as deck plates are often stood on
How long will the stainless accessories last?
When cared for correctly, Armoury Stainless accessories will last the lifetime of your truck.
Is there a warranty?
Armoury back our stainless accessories with a 12-month warranty. This excludes general wear and tear, or damage sustained while in use.
